Gourmet Grilling Chips

Outdoor grilling is one of our great American pastimes. Not only is it a healthy way to prepare meals it also keeps the heat and mess out of the kitchen. But grilling is more than just food preparation, it provides a opportunity for friends and family to gather and share a uniquely social meal experience.

2. Place one or two handfuls of chips directly on the ready-to-cook coals.
